Diamyd Medical AB announced in its annual general meeting held on December 6, 2012, the share holders approved the appointment of Erik Nerpin and Jonas Jendi as new Board members. Erik Nerpin is an attorney and partner at Kilpatrick Townsend in Stockholm. Jonas Jendi has spent the last 10 years managing the company Cogmed.
The former Board members Lars Jonsson, Joseph Janes and Christer Lindberg have declined re-election.
