The management of Timebank, Inc. agreed to acquire Timebank, Inc from Metaps Inc. in a management buyout.

Metaps Inc. operates in marketing, finance and other fields. The marketing-related business provides one-stop marketing support services that utilize data to domestic and overseas customers focused on subsidiaries, and and specialize in promoting Chinese companies to Japan. The finance-related business provides settlement services for e-commerce companies in Japan, mainly at domestic subsidiaries, and develops new services such as development of electronic money, crypto asset exchanges, blockchain games, mainly at Korean subsidiaries.
