American Core Sectors Dividend Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment trust. The investment objectives of the Fund are to provide unitholders with stable monthly cash distributions, and enhance long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Fund's investment portfolio. The Fund invests in a diversified, actively managed portfolio consisting primarily of dividend-paying securities with a focus on the United States consumer, financials, industrials and information technology sectors.
