Midnight Sun Mining Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement of 12,500,000 units at a price of CAD 0.056 for gross proceeds of CAD 700,000 on January 25, 2023. Each unit will consists of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant.
Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of CAD 0.1 for a period of three years from the date of closing. The company will pay no finders' fee in the transaction.
