Millennium Minerals Limited Announces Resignation of Timothy Kennedy and Peter Robert Lester as Directors

Millennium Minerals Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in mining and processing gold, and undertaking exploration activities. The Company's principal activities are gold production and exploration at its Nullagine Gold Project located in the Pilbara Region in Western Australia. The Nullagine Project includes deposits on granted mining leases. The deposits of Nullagine Gold Project include Golden Eagle, Bartons, Shearers, Otways, All Nations, Little Wonder, Golden Gate ABC Reef, Falcon, Harrier, Condor, Crow, Roscoes Reward and Junction. The deposit, Golden Eagle, is located approximately 10 kilometers south of the Nullagine Township. The Nullagine Gold Project has approximately 640-square kilometer tenements within an explored goldfields in Western Australia. The Company's carbon-in-leach (CIL) ore treatment plant has a capacity of over 1.5 million tons per annum (Mtpa), which is located adjacent to the deposit of the Nullagine gold mining operations.
