Millennium Prime, Inc. (OTCPK:MLMN) announced a private placement of convertible promissory notes for gross proceeds of $2,000,000 on April 18, 2012. The minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $50,000. The company will issue securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D.
As of May 8, 2012, the company has raised $50,000 from a single investor.
As of May 21, 2012, the company has raised $125,000 from three investors.
