MinebeaMitsumi Inc. announced the Organizational Changes and Personnel Changes. Shuji Uehara appointed as Officer in charge of Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Div. from former assignment of Chief of Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Headquarters and retained the post of Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, Chief of Tokyo Head Office. Tatsuo Matsuda appointed as Deputy Chief of Tokyo Head Office, Officer in charge of Personnel & General Affairs Div. from former assignment of Chief of Personnel & General Affairs Headquarters and retained the post of Managing Executive Officer. Katsuhiko Yoshida appointed as Deputy Chief of Tokyo Head Office, Deputy Officer in charge of Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Div. from the former assignment of Deputy Chief of Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Headquarters and retained the post of Managing Executive Officer, General Manager of Business Administration Dept., General Manager of Investor Relations Office at Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Div. Motomu Saito appointed as Officer in charge of Corporate Planning Div. from former assignment of Chief of Corporate Planning Headquarters and retained the post of Executive Officer. Masahiro Tsukagoshi appointed as Deputy Officer in charge of Corporate Planning Div. from former assignment of Deputy Chief of Corporate Planning Headquarters and retained the post of Executive Officer, General Manager of Corporate Planning Dept. at Corporate Planning Div. These changes are effective as of June 01, 2018.
The company also announced that Personnel & General Affairs Headquarters, Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Headquarters, and Corporate Planning Headquarters are renamed to Personnel & General Affairs Division, Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Division, Corporate Planning Division respectively. Procurement & Logistics Division becomes under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo Head Office.
