Royal Quantum Group, Inc. announced that Ron Ruskowsky resigned from his position as president of the company and director of the corporation on July 31, 2012. Roger Janssen was elected as President for the company. Roger Janssen has been involved in senior management positions in the private and public sector for the past 26 years. Janssen has owned and operated a successful manufacturing business and has traveled international as a management consultant for a number of private companies during their start up phase.

On July 31, 2012 the company changed its principal executive office address to 7044 Portal Way, Unit K-110 Ferndale, WA 98248.
