MSF International,Inc. signed an agreement to acquire Chiligatoro and Iscan Hydro Electric Project and Syab Wind Project from Minerco Resources, Inc. (OTCPK:MINE) for $0.72 million on May 5, 2015. The purchase price shall consist of the assumption of $0.032 million of certain accounts payable and a note in the principal amount of $0.68 million. Gracin & Marlow, LLP acted as legal advisor to Minerco Resources.
