Misen Energy AB Approves Appointment of Sergiy Probylov as Chairman and Aurimas Augustinavicius as Director of the Nomination Committee

Misen Energy publ AB, formerly Svenska Capital Oil AB, is a Sweden-based company active in the energy sector. The Company is operational in Ukraine and is oriented towards the production of natural gas. During the fiscal year 2011, the Company acquired Misen Enterprises AB and its wholly owned Ukrainian subsidiary, LLC Karpatygaz. As of December 31, 2011, the Company also owned Capital Oil Resources AB, based in Swede and Capital Oil (UK) Ltd, based in the United Kingdom.
