Miton Group plc Proposes Annual Dividend Payable on 11 May 2018

The Board of Miton Group plc is proposing to increase the annual dividend by 40% to 1.4 pence per share compared to 1.0 pence in 2016. If approved by the shareholders at the annual general meeting on 8 May 2018, the dividend will be paid on 11 May 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 April 2018.
