Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. announced that Kazuya Kusano to the position of Mitsui Hygiene Materials from Director Nonwovens & Breatheable Film Department, Nonwovens division health care business sector, Takashi Yamamoto to the position of Director Nonwovens & Breatheable Film Department, Nonwovens division health care business sector from Nonwovens & Breatheable Film Department, Nonwovens division health care business sector. Hideshi Kawachi to the position of Performance Compuind division, Mobility business sector from President chemicals functional composites, Kosei Nakamura to the position of President, Mitsui Chemicals functional composites from the position of Mitsui Chemicals China, Effective December 1, 2016. The company also announced that Hiroshi Ishii was named to the position of Deputy General, Nonwovens division health care business sector from President Mitsui Hygiene Materials, Kazuya Kusano to the position of President Mitsui Hygiene Materials from Mitsui Hygiene Materials, Effective Jan. 1, 2017.
Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. specializes in the manufacture and marketing of chemicals products. Net sales break down by product family as follows:
- basic chemicals and fine chemicals products (48.8%): polypropylene, polyethylene, phenols, polyolefins, polyurethane, etc.;
