5.Cause of occurrence:
This is to remind our shareholders and employees that the payment
for subscription due date for 2022 cash capital increase is
August 18, 2022, and for whom failed to submit the payment by the
due date, a further reminder of payment is hereby provided.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)In accordance with Article 142 and Article 266, Paragraph 3 of
the Company Act, a further reminded payment period is from
August 19, 2022 to September 19, 2022.
(2)The subscribers who haven't submitted the payment for
subscription can do so within the above-mentioned period
through the First Commercial Bank, ChienChen Branch and its
nationwide branches with the original subscription payment
documents. The subscribers who fail to submit the payment
during the period will lose the subscription right.
(3)The company, after such period, will transfer the shares into
the stock depository account of the respective subscribers who
submit the payment during the aforesaid period.
