Altrad Investment Authority S.A.S. completed the acquisition of MDK Energy A/S and Muehlhan Industrial Services Limited from Muehlhan AG.

Muehlhan AG is a Germany-based provider of industrial services. Its service portfolio comprises scaffolding, steel construction, insulation, specialty access passive fire protection, fleet marking and protective films, engineering, inspection and training, as well as surface protection, including cleaning and steel preparation, blasting, metalizing and coatings.
