Inter Paper & Pulp Co. Ltd. agreed to acquire Pharmtech Korea Co., Ltd from Mugunghwa Information Technology Co., Ltd. for KRW 10.8 billion.

Mugunghwa Information Technology Co Ltd, formerly UCI Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic components. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Manufacturing Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of capacitors. The Education Business segment is engaged in education-related businesses such as educational services and entrance examination institutes. The Other Business segment is engaged in businesses such as car rental, solution maintenance, system maintenance and content business.
