Announcement of release for the Integrated Report FY2020

Nabtesco Corporation (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Katsuhiro Teramoto) is pleased to announce that we have released the English version of Integrated Report for fiscal year ended December 2020 today.

In the Integrated Report FY2020, we address our Long-term Vision for 2030 "Leaders in Innovation for the Future" and detail our ambitions behind the Vision claearly. In the Report we also describe our Management Materiality, which we identified as material management issues to be addressed to realize the Vision.

The Nabtesco Group is committed to building a trust with stakeholders through dialogue, which is essential to securing transparency for management and achieving sustainable growth. Accordingly, we have included CEO Dialogue in this year's Report, in which the CEO talks about Nabtesco's commitment to becoming "Leaders in Innovation" with an institutional investor and an analyst as well as with one of Nabtesco's outside directors. As for Dialogue with Society, detailed descriptions are given to our initiatives to address "ESG items having a major impact on financial issues" and "ESG items that drive sustainability power", which we have identified with regard to our Management Materiality. The Report has also introduced a summarized non-financial data as new section.

We hope that this Integrated Report would help many investors to aquire better understandings for the Group's overall value creation endeavors toward 2030 goals.
