Nakamoto Packs Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7811) made an offer to acquire MICS Chemical Co., Ltd. (TSE:7899) from Morita Enterprises Co., Ltd. and others for ¥1.8 billion on October 17, 2023. Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. as financial advisor and Oe Tanaka Oya Law as legal advisor was appointed by Nakamoto Packs. MICS Chemical has selected Nishimura & Asahi Law Office as their legal advisor MICS Chemical selected SMBC Nikko Securities as its financial advisor.
