Namchow Food Group (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. originally planned to convene the
annual general meeting of shareholders on April 6, 2022. As Shanghai is
in a critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control, the
Board of Directors resolved a decision to postpone the meeting to
April 22, 2022 on March 29, 2022 and then again to May 26, 2022, to
cooperate with and implement relevant pandemic prevention and control
measures, and the venue and contents of the resolutions originally
reviewed and approved remain unchanged.
