2.Reason for the donation:
To donate land No. 397 (area 334.74 square meter) and No.779 (area 529.78
square meter) located at Nanlin section, Taishan Dist., New Taipei City.
Both of them are deformed lands located in the campus of Ming Chi University
of Technology and are not adjacent to the Linkou plant area of NPC, there is
no possibility of using them, thus NPC deicides to donate to Ming Chi
University of Technology in support of school affairs development.
3.Total amount of the donation:NTD22,979,292
4.Counterparty to the donation:Ming Chi University of Technology
5.Relationship with the Company:Some directors of NPC serve as directors of
Ming Chi University of Technology
