An unknown buyer contractually agreed to acquire Nanogate Electronic Systems GmbH from Nanogate AG.

Nanogate SE is a Germany-based company whose primary area of activity is the provision of support to companies dealing with chemical nanotechnology. Its two categories of products are: nano composites and nano formulations. Nano composites are used to develop solutions for equipping products with new functional properties. Nano formulations are operational material systems created through processing of nano composites. The Company is structured into two segments: Multifunctional Surfaces, dealing primarily with various products using the nanotechnology, concentrating on the application areas Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, Buildings/Interiors, Functional Textiles and Sport/Leisure; and Advanced Applications, focused primarily on the optics area. It operates Nanogate Glazing Systems BV, Vogler GmbH and GFO AG as wholly owned subsidiaries, among others.
