Narasaki Sangyo Co., Ltd. (TSE:8085) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 330,000 shares, representing 6.2% of its share capital, at ¥1,882 per share for ¥621.06 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to return of profits to shareholders and implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of May 31, 2020, the company had 5,325,600 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 12,499 shares in treasury.
