National Petroleum Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 4,842.865 million compared to TWD 5,834.893 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 180.349 million compared to TWD 165.805 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 247.806 million compared to TWD 197.294 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.8 compared to TWD 0.64 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was TWD 13,626.881 million compared to TWD 17,194.955 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 476.710 million compared to TWD 568.900 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 586.675 million compared to TWD 580.378 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.9 compared to TWD 1.88 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.89 compared to TWD 1.87 a year ago.
National Petroleum Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the distribution of petroleum through operating gas stations. The Company's major products include super diesel, 92 unleaded petrol, 95 unleaded petrol and 98 unleaded petrol, as well as engine oil. The Company also provides automobile window cleaning services, car washing services and wash polishing services, among others. The Company operates its business mainly in domestic market.
