The Direct Purchase and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) segment is engaged in the sourcing of live wood and owning designed design on wood products for sales to end customers. The Manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacturing of decking, flooring or sawn timbers. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of logs, decking, floorings, sawn timbers, recycled charcoals and other wood products. In addition, the Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of synthesized charcoal, machine-made charcoal and essential oils and others.
