NCC is to refurbish the Ågården neighborhood in Copenhagen's Nörrebro district and work will now begin. The assignment is the first project to be carried out within the framework of the fsb HJEM partnership, which includes NCC. The order value of the project is approximately SEK 225 million.

NCC has previously planned this project and has now been commissioned to refurbish 326 residential units across two large residential blocks. The refurbishment will take into account the ongoing operations of businesses and residents in the area. The Ågården neighborhood is located in Nörrebro in central Copenhagen and was built in the 1980s.

Fsb HJEM is a collaboration between NCC, COWI, Arkitektur Norden and Smith Innovation for the refurbishment of residential units owned by fsb, the largest social housing association in Copenhagen. Work will commence in spring 2024 and is expected to be completed in 2026. The order value of about SEK 225 million will be registered in the NCC Building Nordics business area in the first quarter of 2024.
