Nekkar ASA's Subsidiary Syncrolift Receives Contract Worth NOK 30 Million

Nekkar ASA's subsidiary Syncrolift AS has been awarded a contract to deliver an advanced ship transfer system to an undisclosed European naval shipyard. The agreement, which includes delivery of an advanced ship transfer system and a lifecycle service contract, is worth approximately NOK 30 million. Project management, development and testing will be done from Syncrolift's headquarters and Innovation Lab in Vestby, Norway.

The transfer system will be delivered in the second half of 2024.

Nekkar Asa is a Norway-based holding company in the Nekkar Group. The Nekkar Groupâs segment structure consists of: Shipyard Solutions, Digital Solutions and Others. The Shipyard Solutions segment includes the business related to deliveries of ship lift and docking systems along with other products and services to shipyards and naval bases, the Digital Solutions segment is the competence hub that serves both other business areas in Nekkar along with customers outside the Group, while the Other segment includes Group functions in the Parent Company, the development projects within Aquaculture and Renewables and group elimination. The Companyâs has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Syncrolift AS and Nekkar AS.
