MUNICH (dpa-AFX) - Following a good third quarter, the construction software vendor Nemetschek expects annual sales to be higher than previously. The increase in revenue should be six to eight percent in 2023, the company announced late Monday evening in Munich. Previously, Nemetschek had only expected an increase of four to six percent. Analysts previously expected an average increase of 4.6 percent. In terms of the Ebitda margin (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization), Nemetschek expects to reach the upper end of the previously communicated forecast of 28 to 30 percent.

In the third quarter, revenue had increased significantly thanks to better than expected operational development, catch-up effects from the previous quarter and one-off effects in the Design and Build segments. Compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, profits increased by 8.4 percent to 219.8 million euros. Ebitda rose by 13.6 percent to 71.4 million euros, with the corresponding margin at 32.5 percent (PY: 31.0)./he
