Nemex Resources Limited is a mineral exploration company. The Company's principal activity is maintenance of its mineral tenements and continuing the diversification of its activities through its investment in Wavefront Biometric Technologies Pty Ltd (WBT), a security biometric technology company. It has three segments, being mineral exploration in West Africa; mineral exploration and investment activities in Australia and investment in WBT. It also holds interests in a range of resources projects, including the Telimele DSO Iron project in Guinea and the Woodley Iron project in Western Australia. Its WBT develops biometric solutions for authentication of identity utilizing the properties of the eye. Its Woodley Iron project is located in the Mid-West iron ore province of Western Australia. It has completed over 300 drill holes in the Telimele DSO Iron Project. The Company has no operating revenue.
