Nestro Petrol A.D. Banja Luka made an offer to acquire an additional 23.02% stake in Rafinerija ulja Modrica for $8 million.

Nestro Petrol ad Banja Luka is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based company engaged in the retail of oil and oil derivates. It operates through 86 petrol stations. The Company distributes its products through a network of seven commercial centers located in Banja Luka, Prijedor, Brod, Bijeljina, Istocno Sarajevo, Trebinje and Tuzla. The range of its products includes oils, lubricants, auto cosmetics, and gas bottles, among others. As of December 31, 2011, OAO Neftegazinkor, based in Russia, held an 80% interest in the Company.
