New Break Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused principally on gold exploration at its 100% owned Moray property, covering approximately 5,354 hectares located in the southern Abitibi greenstone belt, approximately 49 kilometers (km) southeast of Timmins, Ontario and 32 km northwest of the Young-Davidson gold mine. The Company’s Nunavut Gold Projects consist of Sundog Gold Project, Esker/Noomut Gold Project, Sy Gold Project, and Angikuni Lake Gold Projects. The Sundog Gold Project is located approximately 235 km from Arviat and 370 km from Rankin Inlet on the Hudson Bay coast and lies 16 km to the northeast of the Cullaton Lake airstrip. The Esker/Noomut Property comprises three claim blocks: the 1,408-hectare, gold-mineralized Esker claim, the Northern Noomut Block and the Southern Noomut Block. The Esker/Noomut, Sy Gold, and Angikuni Lake Gold Projects cover approximately 21,960 hectares.
