New Carolin Gold Corp. is a Canada-based junior-stage exploration and mine development company. The Company focuses on the exploration, evaluation and development of its approximately 145 square kilometers of contiguous mineral claims, collectively known as the Ladner Gold Project. The Company's properties are located in Southwestern British Columbia, Canada. The Company's Ladner Gold Project is located approximately 18 kilometers northeast of Hope in southwestern British Columbia. The Ladner Gold Project includes approximately 205 claims (over 14,160 hectares) covering the northern part of the Coquihalla Gold Belt, situated in the northern Cascade Mountains of British Columbia. The Ladner Gold Project encompasses the Carolin Mine, Emancipation Mine, Pipestem Mine and numerous other gold prospects situated over 20 kilometers of the Coquihalla Gold Belt.
