THERMAL, California, October 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --

New Global Energy, Inc. (OTC: NGEY) ("NGEY") ("the Company"), a public company focused on Aqua-Farming, Agriculture, and Heath & Wellness, announced today that it is preparing to plant an additional 46 acres of Moringa trees at its Mecca, California farm. The new Moringa crop is expected to produce as much as $9 million in annual revenue as a supplement to the company's existing Moringa operation in Thermal, California.

Moringa is a key ingredient in New Global's proprietary fish feed formula that is a cornerstone of its sustainable fish farm in California's Coachella Valley. In response to growing consumer demand for healthy seafood, New Global's fish formula is free of GMOs, antibiotics and chemicals and includes the perfect blend of the superfood Moringa, nutrient rich algae and proprietary blend of other ingredients.

In addition to incorporating Moringa into fish feed, New Global is well positioned to profit from mounting interest from major consumer product companies, such as a major global tea company and several nutraceutical manufacturers that are sourcing organic ingredients from the United States. These companies are currently in discussions with New Global's team to incorporate Moringa into their product line-up.

The Moringa Oleifera tree is widely acclaimed for its nutritional and medicinal value. According to the National Institutes of Health, it is "the most nutrient dense botanical on earth weighing in with over 92 verifiable cell-ready nutrients including 46 antioxidants, 36 anti-inflammatories, vitamins, minerals, omega oils and 18 amino acids (vital proteins) including nine that are rarely found intact within our present food chain."*

From a cost standpoint, it is projected that Moringa will ultimately comprise a significant percentage of the Company's fish feed ingredients, which reduces the overall cost of the feed because the Moringa is raised on Company owned acreage, and the use of Moringa in the feed proportionately reduces the use of commodities such as wheat and soybean providing a hedge against volatility of the commodities market. Fortunately, the Coachella Valley is an ideal location in which to grow Moringa since it is fast growing and prefers warm climates," said Chief Executive Officer Perry D. West.
