New Global Energy, Inc. (OTCPK:NGEY) acquired an unknown additional stake in Aqua Farming Technology Inc. from Xl Biofuels, Inc on August 11, 2015. New Global issued 0.38 million shares and warrants to purchase 0.38 million shares of New Global common stock at a price of $2 per share for a period of five years from the date of the transaction. New Global Energy now owns over 92% stake in Aqua Farming.
