Newocean Energy Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the sales of oil products. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Oil Products Business segment is mainly engaged in the sales of oil products to wholesale and retail customers, and the chartering of oil tankers. The Sales and Distribution of Liquefied Gas segment is mainly engaged in the sale of liquefied gas to various customers, including industrial customers, vehicle refueling operators, overseas wholesale customers, bottled liquefied gas end-users and vehicle refueling end-users. Sales of Electronic Products segment is mainly engaged in the sales of electronic products, such as integrated circuit boards and mobile phones. The Sales and Distribution of Natural Gas segment is principally engaged in the sales and distribution of natural gas.
