NEWTIME INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED Newtime Infrastructure Limited (BSE:531959) agreed to acquire Neoville Developers Private Limited from Black Hawk Properties Private Limited and Realstone Trading Company Private Limited on February 9, 2024. As part of the consideration, INR 87 million was paid towards convertible preferred equity and INR 4.87 million was paid towards common equity. Neoville Developers Private Limited reported total revenue of INR 0.013 million for FY 2022-23.
The deal will be completed within 90 days of agreement.
