Nextensa NV/SA Reports Earnings Results for the Full Year Ended December 31, 2022

Nextensa SA is a public regulated real estate company (RREC) that specializes in owning and managing company property assets. At the end of 2023, the real estate portfolio consisted of 30 buildings, with a total leasable space of 403,207 m2, and had a book value of EUR 1,278.1 million distributed by type of assets between retail (44%), offices (38%) and other (18%; primarily logistic and semi-industrial buildings). The real estate portfolio is distributed geographically by value as follows: Belgium (42%), Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (43%) and Austria (15%).
