Saxa Inc. agreed to acquire an additional 15.49% stake in Nextgen, Inc. (JASDAQ:3842) from Nissho Electronics Corporation on February 16, 2012. Saxa will acquire 3000 shares of Nextgen. Post completion, Saxa and Nissho will hold 28.41% and 19.61% respective stakes in Nextgen. The transaction is expected to complete on February 17, 2012. The transaction will have no effect on the performance of Nextgen for the current fiscal year.
