TORONTO, Sept. 26, 2023 /CNW/ - NG Energy International Corp. ("NGE" or the "Company") (TSXV: GASX) (OTCQX: GASXF) announces that it has changed its auditors from KPMG LLP (the "Former Auditor") to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (the "Successor Auditor") effective September 18, 2023.

Effective August 16, 2023, the Former Auditor resigned as the auditor of the Company on its own initiative, and effective September 18, 2023, the board of directors of the Company appointed the Successor Auditor as the Company's auditor, to hold office until the next annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company.

There were no reservations or modified opinions in the Former Auditor's audit reports for any financial period during which the Former Auditor was the Company's auditor. There are no "reportable events" (as such term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations ("NI 51-102")) between the Company and the Former Auditor.

In accordance with NI 51-102, the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the Former Auditor and Successor Auditor, have been reviewed by the board of directors of the Company and filed on SEDAR+.
