Nicca Chemical Co. Ltd. (NSE:4463) signed of a memorandum of understanding to acquire Kao Industrial (Thailand) Company Limited, P.T. Kao Indonesia Chemicals and Kao (Taiwan) Corporation from Kao Corporation (TSE:4452) on October 30, 2012. The definitive agreement for the transaction is expected to be signed by the end of 2012. The transaction is expected to close by early 2013.
