Notice of Establishment of Overseas Offices in China
We are pleased to announce that our consolidated subsidiary Nipro Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has established sales offices in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Province; Taiyuan, the capital of Shanxi Province; and Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province of the People's Republic of China.
In China, our sales activities have been carried out mainly through the head office in Shanghai, offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Kunming, Harbin, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi'an, Wuhan, Hefei, Xiamen, Changchun, Guiyang, and Nanchang, and representative offices in various parts of the country. The newly opened Nanning, Taiyuan, and Jinan offices will further strengthen the sales and service network covering southern and northern China to provide more community-based, meticulous services and respond to the needs of the medical scene, thereby enhancing the presence of the "Nipro brand."
With the addition of the newly established Nanning, Taiyuan and Jinan offices, the Nipro Group now has 218 overseas bases in 58 countries. Going forward, we will continue to promote expansion of overseas bases and endeavor to increase sales and production capabilities.
