Notice of Establishment of an Overseas Office in Australia
We are pleased to announce that our consolidated subsidiary Nipro Australia PTY LTD (Headquarters: Sydney, Australia; hereinafter "Nipro Australia") has established a sales office in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Nipro Australia has conducted sales activities of medical devices based at Nipro Australia's headquarters in Sidney in various parts of Australia and neighboring countries such as New Zealand. By establishing a new sales office in Melbourne, Australia's second-most populous city, we will reinforce our sales and service system using a more community-based approach to strengthen our sales capabilities, thereby enhancing the presence of the "Nipro brand."
With the addition of the newly established Melbourne office, the Nipro Group now has 209 overseas bases in 57 countries. Going forward, we will promote expansion of our overseas bases and endeavor to increase our sales and production capabilities.
