Niraj Cement Structurals Limited had appointed Mr. Sagar Madan as Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) with effect from 24,h October, 2017. But due to his disqualification under Section 164 of Companies Act, 2013, he is not eligible to be appointed on the Board of the Company. The Company hereby withdraws his appointment as Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent).

Its projects include Kolkata Metro, Jaipur Flyover, Punjab PIDB, Ludhiana, UP PWD, Hodal- Nagina Road, IDA Indore Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS), ROB Lucknow, Cuttack-Paradeep, BKC-VAKOLA and Bhawani Patna.
