Nissha : held the 105th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Nissha Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "Nissha") held the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the 105th Business Term on March 22, 2024, at the Global Headquarters of Nissha. After the business reports, two proposals were deliberated and all of them were approved and carried as raised in the original. We consider that the General Meeting of Shareholders is a valuable opportunity for communication with our shareholders. In order to enhance communication with them, we accepted questions from the shareholders prior to the event and delivered the General Meeting by live streaming.
On the day of the event, 73 shareholders attended at the venue, and the General Meeting took 56 minutes. 4 shareholders at the venue asked 5 questions regarding PBR improvement measures, executive structure for implementing the business portfolio strategies, and a share holder benefits (Nissha calendars). The chairman and directors in charge responded each question.
After the General Meeting, we held a brief session for the management objectives and strategies. Junya Suzuki, Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Nissha, explained our medium-term prospects and our initiatives for sustainability.
