THE REPORT FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS AND THE PUBLIC

REPORT FROM THE HELD REGULAR GENERAL MEETING OF THE BANK'S SHAREHOLDERS

I

A regular General Meeting of Shareholders of Komercijalna banka AD Beograd (hereinafter: "the GMS" and "the Bank") was held on 18.04.2022 in Belgrade, 14 Svetog Save Street, starting at 12:00h.

II

The following decisions were passed at the Bank's regular GMS:

• 1. Decision on adoption of the Annual Report and the regular financial statements for Komercijalna banka AD Beograd for 2021 with the external auditor's opinion

• 2. Decision on the adoption of the Annual Report for the Group and consolidated financial statements for the Group Komercijalna banka AD Beograd for 2021 with the external auditor's opinion

• 3. Decision on distribution of profit from 2021, as well as retained earnings from the previous years

• 4. Decision on sale (disposal) of the treasury shares of Komercijalna banka AD Beograd

• 5. Decision on adoption of the Business Plan and Strategy of Komercijalna banka AD Beograd for

  2022 - 2026
