Haesung Optics Co., Ltd. acquired Haehwa Co., Ltd. from Nokwon Commercials & Industries, Inc.

Nokwon Commercials & Industries, Inc., formerly Nokwon C.I., Inc., is a Korea-based company specialized engaged in the geographic information system (GIS)-related business. The Company develops and distributes GIS software, constructs GIS solutions, and provides consulting, Internet guide services, technology educations and supports, as well as maintenance services. Its products are environmental systems research institute (ESRI) software and hardware, which are GIS engine software and solutions distributed under the brand name ArcGIS and Trimble. In addition, the Company is engaged in the real estate rental business. On July 29, 2013, the Company changed its name from SUNDOSOFT, INC. to Cubes, Inc. On February 3, 2014, the Company acquired a 65.79% stake in a Korea-based company, engaged in the development and sale of multi-media software.
