The Company's investment objective is to conduct an orderly realization of its portfolio with a view to returning capital to shareholders. The majority of the Company's investments are in small and medium-sized unquoted companies. The Company invests in a range of industry sectors, such as technology, media and telecommunications, business services, healthcare, oil and gas, industrials, leisure and consumer. The Company is a member of The Association of Investment Companies (AIC). NVM Private Equity (NVM) is an investment advisor and manager of the Company.
