On April 25, 2019, Richard Hokin, a member of the Board of Directors of Northern Power Systems Corp., provided the Board with a notice of his resignation from the Board, effective immediately. Following Mr. Hokin’s resignation, the Company has a Board of Directors consisting of one person.
