In addition to the telecommunications and media & entertainment businesses, NOS has developed businesses in areas adjacent to its core services. Examples include "NOS Alarmes", in partnership with Securitas Portugal,

the targeted advertising business, "Playce" and an equipment, travel and invoice insurance line. Also in 2023, it autonomised an area dedicated to IT consultancy, with the creation of the company Ten Twenty One.
