1535 ET -- MorphoSys is one of the most mentioned companies in the U.S. across all news items in the past 12 hours, according to Factiva data. Novartis began its tender offer for MorphoSys shares, with an acceptance period that will end May 13. The companies announced in February that Novartis would buy MorphoSys.
