Novo Resources Corp. (OTCPK:NSRP.F) entered into agreement to acquire remaining 50% stake in Queens gold project from Kalamazoo Resources Limited (ASX:KZR) for AUD 1.47 million on March 9, 2023. In related transaction Novo Resources Corp will acquire remaining 50% stake in Malmsbury project.
The transaction is subject to receipt of approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange and receipt of written consents and approval from the Victorian Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.
