Novorossiyskiy Sudoremontnyi Zavod AO (NSRZ AO or Novorossiysk Ship Repair Yard JSC or NSRY JSC), formerly Novorossiyskiy Sudoremontnyi Zavod OAO, is a Russia-based company engaged in the provision of stevedore and ship repair services. The Company's main business activities comprise: cargo handling, repairs of sea and inland vessels and production of electric and heat power. NSRZ AO offers such services as transshipment of cargoes onto sea and river vessels, loading and unloading onto and from vessels, arrangement of tally and marking of the goods, storage operations, warehousing of cargo, cargo processing, transport-forwarding services and mooring operations, among others. Its ship repair services include hull cleaning, grit blasting, as well as repairs of heat exchangers, main and auxiliary mechanisms and electro-navigational equipment, among others. The Company's major shareholder is Novorossiyskiy Morskoy Torgovyi Port PAO.
